Data collection, registration and processing
Wealtheon S.A. gathers, registers and processes personal data of its clients and prospects (hereafter: the data subject). All data is provided explicitly. No data is collected automatically via ‘cookies’ or other data collecting systems/applications. The data provided explicitly is included and processed in the database of Wealtheon S.A., Chaussée de Waterloo 1135, 1180 Brussel VAT no. BE 0423.072.032. Wealtheon S.A. is responsible for processing the personal data gathered via the contact forms on the website, the KYC-documents or other documents. Wealtheon will in all cases and under any circumstance treat the data subject’s personal data confidentially.

Third parties:
The personal data provided by a data subject may be transferred to third parties working on our behalf, but we will never share or sell your information with or to third parties for (direct marketing) purposes that are not related to the services we provide to you as a customer or relation of Wealtheon. Unless we are required to do so by law, by a court order or for the purposes of prevention of fraud or other crime, we only disclose personal information that is necessary to deliver our services and we have a contract in place that requires them to keep your information secure and not to use it for their own direct marketing purposes.
Use of your data:
We may use your data to contact data subjects directly, by mail, telephone or electronically, such as by e-mail or SMS. In all electronic communication you have the option to unsubscribe from future electronic messages. You can also unsubscribe by sending an email to info@wealtheon.eu.
Data subjects need to provide us with specific privacy data (e.g. address, date of birth,etc.) to give us the possibility to draft up the Asset Management Agreement. Furthermore, anti-money laundering legislation obliges us to have a good understanding of the financial background of the data subject (e.g. “origin of funds”).
Wealtheon will never use and ask for sensitive information such as political and religious beliefs.
Minors:
Wealtheon will not collect nor store privacy data of minors, without the explicit consent of the parents or legal representatives.
Your rights:
The data subject may request information on which personal data relating to him/her has been stored, how the data was collected, and for what purpose.
If personal data is incorrect or incomplete, the data subject can request a correction or completion. (see below)
The data subject can object to the processing of his or her data for purposes of advertising or market/opinion research. The data must be blocked from these types of use.
The data subject may request his/her data to be deleted if the processing of such data has no legal basis, or if the legal basis has ceased to apply. The same applies if the purpose behind the data processing has lapsed or ceased to be applicable for other reasons. Existing retention periods and conflicting interests meriting protection must be observed.
The data subject has a right to object to his/her data being processed.
How you can access and update your information
The accuracy of your information is important to us. We are working on ways to make it easier for you to review and correct the information that we hold about you.
